Staff is uptight and cant seem to be bothered if you are not a skier, condos are owned and rented out so sometimes the owners stuff is still in the condo which can be unerving, more like an expensive air b and b

Nice place. Clearer pricing would be appreciated I was there a night. I would say that the booking is misleading. There are several add on which means the advertised price was way off. The room was expensive especially when it’s off season and several of the amenities were closed

This is a gorgeous property. Our suite was well appointed with two bathrooms. We enjoyed the pool area. However the jets were not working in the hot tub. I was disappointed that the dining room and bar were not open due to off season. Had we known we would have picked up groceries. The staff at reception were very nice. Unfortunately we had a very noisy diesel powered lift machine outside our bedroom window which was turned on at 7:00 am. Since the resort was empty I feel we should have been given a different room.

Beautiful room but we have several complaints. We weren’t told about the hidden resort fees of almost $30 until checkout. And this was after already paying the $20 resort fee when booking with *******. When I mentioned this to the employee helping me checkout she was a bit rude about it. I also mentioned to her that the bathroom could use attention in the room due to the dirty toilet bowl and the disgusting jets in the tub I was told that to do a deep clean they would have to shut the resort down, which doesn’t happen. There was also next to no water pressure in the shower. We also found the bed to be comfortable initially, but found it was noisy every time you rolled over. And then every time you got close to the edge it felt like there was no edge and you would almost fall off. We also found there to be a lot of road noise from passing traffic which started at about 5:30am. This meant we started our day at that time. Definitely no sleeping in here.

This was probably the best place we have stayed in Fernie yet!! And the bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept in for months!! I would definitely recommend this resort!

Enjoyed the quite off shoulder season quietness. Unfortunately many renovations going on during our stay so did not get to enjoy the full experience that was hoped for.
